Social Media Design – Miami Management & Leadership Club
A branded Instagram series designed to introduce the executive board of the Miami Management & Leadership Club. Each post uses consistent layouts, typography, and color themes to build a cohesive visual identity across the organization’s social media. Beyond the executive introductions, the content strategy expanded to include mid-meeting photo recaps, a short-form reel from a Poppi-sponsored meeting, and a lighthearted story post that used a popular meme about the challenges of landing internships. This project highlights my ability to create professional, repeatable design systems while also producing engaging, varied content that keeps an audience involved and reflects the culture of the organization.
Process & tools used
I created these posts in Canva, where I built a consistent layout and look for the executive board series. For other content, I took photos during meetings and used those to make recap posts that felt more real and tied to the club’s events. I also edited a short reel from a Poppi-sponsored meeting in CapCut and made a story post using a meme format to keep the content more fun and relatable. To present everything in a cleaner way for my portfolio, I placed the final posts into phone mockups in Photoshop. Overall, this project shows both the design side and the more day-to-day process of creating content for an organization’s social media.
